I. MESSAGE FROM CABA

These first two months of 2011 have flown by, but your CABA President and Board have been working diligently to make this a fantastic year! With a wide range of activities planned for 2011, CABA will continue to bring its membership meaningful event programming.

The Installation Gala was a huge success this year, bringing together close to 900 attorneys, judges, elected officials, prominent leaders, and guests.  We thank our sponsors for their support, especially our Gran Patron, Sabadell United Bank. Please visit our website, www.cabaonline.com , next week for photos from the Gala.  They are spectacular!

We had our first CABA Networking event with SALAD last week.  There were over 80 people present and we had a great time.  We look forward to many more networking events this year, especially our Membership Appreciation and Young Lawyers Happy Hours.

The Florida Bar Presidential Candidates came to Miami to meet with your Board and Past Presidents.  You will be receiving via email and regualr mail a brochure with information about their qualifications and how they answered important questions to our members.  Remember to vote, starting March 1.
