Membership in CABA is open to all lawyers in good standing with the Florida Bar or the analogous bar of another state or country, and law students who have an interest in, and wish to contribute to, the purposes of this association.

- Attorneys (>5 years in Practice): $90
- Attorneys (0-5 Years in Practice) $60
- Government Attorney and Judges: $60
- Students $30
