Diversity and Judicial Poll

CABA's Diversity and Judicial Poll Committee is responsible for conducting diversity and judicial polls relative to our profession in order to encourage education and enhancement in these areas.

In particular, every other year CABA releases its Judicial Performance Poll of sitting judges and prospective candidates seeking judicial election. The poll was developed by CABA in an effort to help maintain the high quality of our judiciary and to educate voters during an election year. In particular, the poll rates the qualifications and sensitivity of the judges and candidates toward practitioners and litigants.

Additionally, commencing with its benchmark in 2007, the Committee released the Law Firm Diversity Survey to be conducted every other year, in order to track the progress and showcase individual firms that are achieving progress towards diversity and identify where active intervention needs to occur.
