Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri located in Coral Gables, currently seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with commercial experience. Requirements include a minimum of three (3) years of commercial real estate experience; ability to assist with transactions from contract/loan commitment to post closing with minimal supervision; recent experience preparing commercial commitments and title policies; preparation of closing statements/documents and transfer tax documents; experience with transferring property locally and nationally. Also required is experience with commercial real estate due diligence including assistance with lease reviews, title objection letters, and UCC searches. Candidate must be fully bi-lingual - English/Spanish. Proficiency using MS Word, Outlook and Doubletime programs a must, as is the ability to work in an organized manner under minimal supervision and adhering to strict deadlines.
