Experienced attorney wanted in Tallahassee. Primary duties are reviews written complaints and conducts preliminary investigations of opened complaints. Screens telephone inquiries on the ACAP Hotline for potential assistance. Must be a member of The Florida Bar in good standing with at least three years of experience as an attorney. Must be able to think logically and effectively problem solve. Ability to deal tactfully with difficult callers is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Word processing skills and computer literacy desired. Looking for a person who can operate within a team atmosphere. SERVICE-ORIENTED ATTITUDE IS ESSENTIAL. Salary range starts at $55,355; usually filled at or near base.
