Our Miami office is currently recruiting a new salesperson/junior partner member to work directly with an experienced senior broker in a permanent team member position.

This is an excellent opportunity for an intelligent and highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and respected tenant advisory firm established more than fifty years ago.

Some of the duties and responsibilities include:

•       Obtain and maintain an active Florida Real Estate License

•       Work with senior member in creating local and regional marketing plans to develop new business opportunities.

•       Prospecting, networking and market development

•       Assist in presentation creation and proposal writing

•       Conduct market surveys and actively participate in marketing efforts to select target strategies, markets, and opportunities

•       Tour properties as necessary

•       Learn standard Letter of Intent and Office Lease terms and conditions and related negotiating strategies

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

•       Bachelor’s Degree or Masters Degree

•       Strong Computer Skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

•       Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment with unlimited commission potential

•       Excellent Communication Skills including Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
