Eduardo Cosio is the founding member of Eduardo Cosio, P.A., a minority owned insurance defense firm. He is a 1987 graduate of Boston College Law School, where he was the Managing Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest (1986-87). He obtained in BBA in 1984, from the University of Miami, with honors. His experience consists of representation of both self insured national businesses and national and international insurance companies. He specializes in liquor liability, wrongful death, premises liability, auto negligence and insurance coverage. He has substantial trial experience, having litigated cases in both State and Federal Court throughout Florida.

Mr. Cosio has been recognized with a rating of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and in the Best's Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. He is also a member of the Council on Litigation Management. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association; American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. In addition to the state of Florida, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. Appeals Court, Eleventh Circuit.
