Sandra M. Ferrera is a partner at Meland Russin & Budwick, P.A. Ms. Ferrera's main areas of practice are in real estate, corporate and transactional matters. Ms. Ferrera's area of expertise is in the representation of developers and lenders in matters concerning the creation and operation of residential and commercial condominiums. Ms. Ferrera also represents purchasers, sellers and developers in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of residential and commercial real estate, as well as, the representation of institutional lenders in commercial real estate financing. Although Ms. Ferrera concentrates her practice in real estate matters, she has also developed the firm' s probate and guardianship practice areas.

Ms. Ferrera received her juris doctor, cum laude, in 1999 from the University of Miami School of Law. While at UM Ms. Ferrera was a member of Phi Delta Phi and served on the Editorial Board of the University of Miami Business Law Review. Ms. Ferrera's undergraduate Bachelor's in Arts degree was obtained from Florida International University in 1996. While at FIU, Ms. Ferrera was a Founding Member and Past President of Alpha Xi Delta National Fraternity.

Ms. Ferrera was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999 and is also admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
